Honesty is the best Policy

Honesty is honestly not everywhere you look. Most of the time it's the exact opposite. Here on my journalism website I want to promise to post nothing but truth. This will not be easy as sometimes your sources for information might be the dishonest ones and you end up in trouble because of them but I will try my best to glean truth from lies. I hope that you, the reader, can help me by telling me in the comments box that the information is not entirely true or it's source is rather doubtful.

On a Lighter Note

On a lighter Note

Dealing with losing someone you love is not an easy road to travel. I think the best way to do it is to think of the happiest moments you had with the person. Think of the moments when their smiles would be biggest. Think especially on the funnier moments. They will make you laugh and can ease the tension in your brain. That's why laughter is the best medicine.

If thinking of the happy moments with the person will make you want to cry then just try to think as little as you can of the person. It may sound awfully mean but thinking all the time about the person is really not going to help you. There is a quote by an unknown person that goes, "Don't look back, you're not going that way.

Another thing you can try is to keep yourself busy. The more you do, the less you dwell on harmful thoughts. If you stay concentrated on a task for longer periods of time then you will find it easier to get over the grief.

The fall of Man

The Fall of Man

When looking at the title for this article the question make be raised, "What do you mean by 'The Fall of Man'." I'm talking about "man's bane". The thing that can get almost any man to bend to your will (99.9%). This item that has also brought about the fall of South Africa is money.

If you think about it hard enough it might even be funny. Money is really just pieces of fancy paper and round disks of metal. The trouble it has brought to Earth is not even worth all the money in the world put together.

Men think that getting loads of money will make them happy. It is the opposite. Research has proven that the richer you become the unhappier you become. It's called the 99 club (Thumbs up if you've seen the video clip). You always want more and better.  You become so distracted by your greed that you lose happiness. An essential ingredient of life. That is The Fall of Man
